About Chico

He had a injury in his back that caused his paralysis. My husband and I work during the day and therfore have to keep Chico contained in a safe area. We purchased a wheelchair for him. He likes to be outdoors but is sneaky and will escape his wheelchair. He will drag his legs and take off after a new smell and can run fast. He can't release his own bladder. He has to be manually urinated. He does need a special individual with lots of time.
