I found Johnny Cash in the rain one day and have been fostering him for 6 months. He is a great dog, but needs a permanent home willing to train him who understands Shepherds as his is VERY smart. He would be better in an only dog home with someone who has the time to take him for walks. I have a voucher from the county to get him neutered and happy to get him up to date on vaccination at a low cost clinic before rehoming. The fee is only there to contribute to my other strays but willing to discuss.
