He's a happy frisky boy but not a bounce off the wall boy. He only weighs about 10-12 pounds. He's neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Wes wants to be friends with everyone. He even likes cats!!!! We hope you have another dog for him to play with because he LOVES to play! He needs a securely fenced back yard to run around in. No electronic fencing. In order to adopt you need to be comfortable with a home check and have a good vet reference.
