About Howie

Howie is a super friendly little papillon and spaniel (we think) mix boy of about 4 or 5 years of age. He is about 14 pounds and should not get any bigger as he is definitely full grown. He is great with other dogs and doing good during playtime in the yard. We are just getting to know him but he appears to be good at going outside to go potty. We believe he is quite house trainable. He is super friendly and playful and loving. He is neutered and fully vaccinated and will also be microchipped.
