About Pip

Pip or maybe it should be Pippie is an adorable and friendly Miniature Poodle. She just came in on transport all the way from TX! She is settling into one of our dog rooms with some roommates she rode up here with. Pip seems to be getting along well and settling in just fine. She is estimated in age to be about 5 and around 10-11 pounds. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and got some dewormer. She came to us from a southern shelter and she was heartworm positive. So she has been treated with a heartworm killer and will come with some antibiotic to be on for the next 3 weeks as part of the treatment. She will be heartworm negative but will need to be retested in 6 months to make sure of that. Pip is ready to get into a home and learn the routines so he can be a valued member of a family!
