Candy is as sweet as her name, also smart, spunky and a devoted companion!�%A0 She enjoys meeting people. Ok with dogs but prefers her person. A chocolate/tan dachshund, 11 years, 12 pounds, she has major doxie personality for sure. Candy came to a Louisiana shelter as a stray,�%A0 quite thin with coat/skin issues; lost all of her teeth but 2 to dental disease. The 2 she has left are good. She's adorable with her tongue hanging out, eats very well.�%A0 Candy tested HW positive, is being treated slowly because of her age. Her bloodwork results are good. The further treatment is simple and inexpensive.�%A0 Candy is a delight and a wonderful best friend. She'd love to have a mama's to hang out with a lot.
