About Frankie

From the golden age of good boys, it's Frankie: the leading man! With a bark as smooth as Sinatra and a swagger straight out of a noir classic, the pup has old-school charm. His rescue adventure began when his owner could no longer care for him, and he entered the ACS Casa program. After reading his write-up, SNIPSA happily welcomed him into our program. Frankie is simply a splendid dog. At nine years old, Frankie has lost his ability to see, but he has lost sight of his manners. He is house-trained and keeps his space nice and clean, like the gentleman he is. Not to mention, he is your ideal lap dog! Frankie loves to be near you-to hear your voice and feel your touch.
