About Danny

We recently took Danny into our home when his owner, a family member (my husbands aunt), became ill and hospitalized long-term. For a while we would go over to Dannys house to regularly put out food and water for him, but we recently learned that his owner will not be able to come home anytime soon, so we brought him to our house. However, we already have 2 kitties and 2 dogs of our own, and we just dont have space in our small home for everyone, unfortunately. There are also no other family members able to take him, and our efforts to find a foster/adopter in our own social circles have come up dry so far. So its time to help Danny find a new home. We would love to find someone who is willing to take our contact info and give us occasional photos and updates to share with my husbands aunt and her adult daughter with special needs. They love Danny and its a tough thing to have to part with him! He's behind on shots (we're getting a vet appt scheduled), but otherwise seems like an amazing cat! He has already warmed up and been very affectionate and docile with us. He even let me trim his nails! One potential issue is that we're not sure if he's fully litter box trained.
