About RUSSELL

This adorable little guy is loving his foster home! RUSSELL looooves other dogs and is super respectful of his older foster siblings. He is a very submissive little guy and definitely doesn't want to start any trouble. RUSSELL is working on confidence building with people. He absolutely loves his foster parents but is still very scared of strangers (he trembles and has even peed himself when so scared). It's heartbreaking to think of what must have happened to have made this little guy so scared of new people. RUSSELL'S foster mom has been brining him out and about in public places (in her pocket book) to help build his confidence and he is doing great! He will get there, but he will need a patient and loving adopter willing to help him overcome his fears. He will definitely cling on to new adopters in just a couple of days, but he will continue to need practice meeting strangers/visitors for a while longer. Meet RUSSELL! RUSSELL is little terrier/pug mix boy, about 6 months old and weighs about 7 lbs. RUSSELL is excellent with other dogs and cats and is a bundle of joy! He SMILES when he gets really excited and just can't contain himself! RUSSELL has definitely been mistreated so he is a little shy at first, but he trusts very quickly once he realizes you won't hurt him. RUSSELL is a snuggly and playful little guy and will make you smile as soon as you see him! Neutered/Vaccinated. Located in private foster in CT.
