About Zeke

Zeke is 4 years old and is a rescue from being dumped. He weighs 46 lbs. He requires redirection on our walks from jumping at other dogs and does beautifully within our trusting relationship. He got along well with my female lab when I had her. He gets alone with the cat, tries to play with him but follows redirection to leave him alone. He is very smart and trainable. He knows how to do puzzles and tricks. He needs someone who is willing to walk him at least once daily. He bounces like a deer when he is chasing squirrels in the backyard. He loves people - he has been in a single woman house in which he barks like a protector. He is sure to scare away unwanted visitors and then snuggle with you to ensure you are safe. He will be adaptable to a good human companion who will play with him and offer mental stimulation with training him.
