This Belgian Malinois has been house hopping in La Habra Heights for the last four weeks. He can hop fences and keeps escaping his rescuers, then found wandering the streets again. He is beautiful and energetic. He appears to have an issue with his vision. Someone familiar with the breed or a foster is needed asap. I can't keep him inside, I have five little dogs and he is stressing them out. He is not aggressive with them or my children. He is just large and they are territorial.
