About Sweet Pea

(DOB 03/27/2023) Sweet Pea is an excellent addition to our foster family; she gets along wonderfully with children, cats, & other dogs. Sweet Pea is the perfect name for this lovable girl! She's incredibly sweet and would thrive in a home where she receives the attention she truly deserves. Sweet Pea is an excellent listener and loves cuddling. She has quickly adjusted to our family routine and does great with regular bathroom breaks, having never had an accident indoors. She responds well to her name and enjoys sleeping in her crate with the door open, where she keeps all her toys and goodies. Sweet Pea is a happy, loving girl who would absolutely thrive in a home with another furry friend, but she's also perfectly content being the center of attention as an only dog-especially if her family is ready to spoil her relentlessly! She doesn't need a huge fenced-in yard to be happy; she's perfectly content hanging out with her people or going for walks. Whether her new home is a cozy condo, a charming townhome, or a comfy apartment, Sweet Pea will be just as joyful as long as she's surrounded by love and attention! Sweet Pea may be a little shy with strangers at first, but with a slow and gentle introduction, she quickly warms up and becomes your best friend! Once she gets to know you, she's all about belly rubs and will happily roll over for as many as you're willing to give. She's especially sweet once she feels comfortable, and with a bit of patience, she'll show her loving, playful side to everyone, and this is especially true with men. As part of Sweet Pea's $300 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
