Both dogs need to be removed from the home. The dogs are living at my mother's home and she has dementia and a bad back and she can't handle the dogs anymore. She sometimes forgets to feed the pets and she has them outside. When the weather suggests that they should not be. I would hate to see the dogs come to harm.
