About Sugar

Sweet as sugar, 2 year old Momma Sugar was the product of a no-so-great home life with someone who loved kitties, but did not take care of them, letting them outside with no vetting done to continue breeding. Luckily for Sugar, she was smart enough to go to a neighbor for food, love, and a good home. However, Sugar was already far along with her second litter of babies, and was lucky enough to have a safe, warm, loving place to deliver her six kittens. All have been at least spayed or neutered, dewormed, and vaccinated. Sugar has also been tested for feline leukemia, FIV, and heart worm. She is negative for all three. Her 2 remaining babies, Liam and Clementine, were born on July 8, 2024 and are now 5 months old. Born in foster care, they, and Sugar, are more than ready for their own forever homes. Please see the profiles for Liam an Clementine for more information on them. All are good with other cats and respectful dogs (they live with several cats and a dog.) As with any new animal, a careful, supervised, slow introduction is required. They will get along with other animals once they get to know each other. Tips for a great, and successful, transition can be discussed.
