Herbie may be just a little bit adorable. And a little bit hungry. This itty bitty pittie is learning that love and treats can be trusted and we aren't going to hurt him. We don't know how he got those scars on his face but they are healing and his little tail is not so tightly tucked anymore. We will keep making him feel as loved and comfortable as much as we can. A home away from all the shelter stuff is really what he needs. Come meet him at the CACC shelter in Chicago at 2741 S. Western ave before it too late. Adoptions take place in person daily!
