Sisters Flirt and Sushi We will only place Flirt and Sushi together. Flirt and Sushi are sisters who have deep soft, grey fur. It is not long, just deep and luxurious. They are loving and playful. You will be surprised at their talkativeness. Sushi will follow me around to ask for attention (to be pet or rubbed and talked to), and wait for me to come back out of a door. Sushi often seems to be smiling. They used to regularly play fetch with twisted up pipe cleaners. Now it depends on the day. They do play with other toys. Recently, Sushi has been playing an active game with a little stuffed mouse, and Flirt has been playing with little balls. Flirt is more independent and adventurous of the two. Sushi is laid back and amenable to everyone and everything. They love looking out the windows and watching whatever you do. Sometimes Sushi will snuggle up close, but they are more apt to lay by your feet or on your legs. Their brother Ceru has been teasing Flirt lately, so she is uncharacteristically hiding herself. Ceru will be staying here with his buddy Gravy(a cat buddy). They have been inside cats their whole lives. They were tiny kittens and our daughter was planning on backpack hiking with them, but they grew bigger than she anticipated. We had them spayed, and they each received one rabies shot. They have not had any others since they are strictly inside cats. We feed them dry food (Iams urinary track blend) in the morning and meat at night(chicken, tuna, ground beef, or turkey). Flirt has needed natural urinary health drops at times. They will use a regular or automatic litter box. We have used corn cob and pellet litter. They are used to having their ears cleaned and have had baths and showers(hand held). They use a scratching post or wood to scratch on. I trained them with a squirt bottle to teach them to stay off counters and 'no','don't','down',etc. They also know 'come' and 'go'. I can say their name and tell them 'don't even think about it'(or fill in word), and they'll look at me and stop. If either is feeling stubborn, just shake a squirt bottle and they'll stop. They are also used to wheelchairs. We need to find them a home. We really hope to place them, and not put them in a shelter. They have lived with cats of all ages, dogs, older children, adults and at times chicks. We secured the chicks, so I don't know if they would have bothered them. They are very good with kittens.
