About Roach

Hi! Roach is a 2-year-old rescue we took in with hopes of keeping him. After a slow introduction to our elderly cat, he began showing signs of a high prey drive which escalated as he matured. He was only 9 months old at their first introduction- We have been trying to rehome him for quite some time now. Roach is adventurous and playful, loves other dogs, and loves to train. He has developed quite the vocabulary in his time with us! He can be gentle with children but will playfully chase if they run, he can also be shy in public but has come a long way with exposure. Roach is crate trained and does well in the car, in the bath, and for grooming such as nail trimming and tooth brushing. He is a bit of a chewer if bored. We are hoping to find an active family with time to devote to him and maybe a dog sibling for him to play with. Vaccines are up to date and I can provide records. We will send all his belongings, including bed, crate, toys, leashes, jacket, travel water bottle, snuffle mats, bowls, anything you'd need for him.
