Courtesy Posting: URGENT AT BALDWIN PARK, CA (SO CAL) ID #A5614634 LOS ANGELES COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES- 'TERRY' MAY BE ADOPTABLE AFTER TEMP TEST, OR NEEDS FOSTER AND RESCUE - 53 LB MALE CHOW - looking for a CHOW SAVVY HOME, FOSTER, FOSTER TO ADOPT AND/OR A RESCUE TO SAVE Him- pls contact Robin with questions or interest, as shared posts and comments may not been seen. We are in urgent need of finding a chow savvy home, or foster and rescue for this adorable male chow who was found as a stray and brought to the shelter scared. His owner was later found and chose to surrender Terry through no fault of his own. The owner stated he (the owner) had problems and apparently provided no information on Terry however other than he is said to be 3 years and 8 months. Terry is now awaiting his behavior temperament test and neuter before he is made adoptable. Hopefully he passes, or he will be made Rescue only. Please note this same shelter sadly euthanized the last young purebred chow there for behavior, she was scared and Rescue only. Therefore, if you may be interested in fostering, fostering to adopt, or helping in some other way (ie., pledging for his rescue), please contact [email protected] or Southern California Chow Chow Rescue Network who is trying to find placement asap, and we can try to pair fosters or interested parties with a willing rescue group.
