About Lorelai

Lorelai came into the county shelter as a stray with significant lameness and stiffness. Unfortunately, she was put on the euthanasia list due to the severity of her condition. We stepped in to save her because we didn't want her story to end there. This beautiful girl deserved a chance! It was no wonder that Lorelai was in pain and didn't feel like herself: she was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, tick fever and Valley Fever. Since getting the much-needed treatments, we have seen her beautiful spirit and sweet personality shine more and more. Lorelai is slower to warm up to new people, but if you're patient, you will surely be rewarded. Once she opens up to you, she will truly love you forever. Lorelai adores her daily walks in the neighborhood but in general is a quiet old soul who loves to lounge and snuggle with her people. She has amazing leash manners, does well left alone in the house, enjoys car rides and is working on basic commands.
