About Blue

I have had this baby since he was 8 weeks old so he wouldn't be put in a shelter. He was born on 12/24/2020. He loves car rides, whipped cream, and cheese from the can. He is playful with female dogs but has been neutered and shows his dominance to any other male dogs. Because of this I have had to stop taking him to the river, lakes, and he is not the kind of dog you can take for a walk. He's 75 lbs and incredibly strong, he will drag you on his leash.. I've had him trained and it didn't do much for us when he came home. He is loyal and takes commands so well. He responds to Come, sit, shake, and lay down. He loves treats and is treat driven. Our neighbors come to pet and love on him when he's running outside. Although he's a very good guard dog so they had to visit him with treats multiple times for him to give them the time of day. The ONLY reason I'm letting him find new owners is because I have small children that stress him out. He is a reactive dog he does not need to be in a home with small kids or male dogs. This is the hardest decision I've ever had to make. I want him to be in a home where he can thrive. He's been an inside dog all his life. He would come with an entire bag of dog food, a shock/perimeter collar, treats, coat brush, all of his things. I'm hopeful to find a genuine pet owner for him. I don't want to surrender him to a shelter for them to put him down if no one adopts him simply because of his breed. Also he is allergic to fleas so I've kept him on the nexgaurd tablet from the vet.
