I'm Cotija. Female. I was a rescue from near Tohatchi NM, where I was found very pregnant and very skinny. I'm a husky mix about 45-50lbs (smaller than an average husky, probably some cattle dog mixed in). My foster parents think I'm less than 2 years old. I now have raised 6 puppies and I'm ready to be free of breastfeeding responsibilities! I LOVE walks, my tail swooshes so excitedly. I've gotten along well with the other dogs in the house (as long as they don't come near my puppies). I've gotten along great with everyone I've met but never lived with children or cats. I love food snacks so I've been going on off leash walks (with cheese presents) and on leash walks. My foster parents assume I'll do best in an environment where I have a yard or dog friends to be active with and/or have parents who would take me on active adventures. I'm motivated by food so training seems not too difficult. This is probably the first home I've lived in. Currently I have access to a dog door, so house accidents have never been an issues.
