This adorable Carin Terrier boy was owner surrendered to us because his family was moving out of state...UGH! Well, he is safe and loved with us now! Jasper is dog social but understandably just a bit skittish at first. He's so tiny and sweet. He is a total love bug who loves to be held and get belly rubs. He is potty trained, sleeps soundly through the night, learned the doggie door in one day and LOVES to play! He also has the best hair-do ever!
