About Gerald

Gerald is a certified Very Good Boy but he has not had a lot of good luck in the last few months. He was hit by a car as he was walking on the median waiting to cross the street, and although his injuries were completely fixable his previous human decided to surrender him to the vet clinic. Gerald's veterinary team worked wonders and now he is feeling much better. He walks a little differently now, because he does not put his back paw down on the ground, but he loves to be out on the leash, trotting along by your side and enjoying the smells of the neighborhood. Gerald is a very easy dog to be around. He is extremely eager to make you happy, learns fast and has a very quick intelligence. He is also a sweetly empathetic boy who makes friends easily. He is a terrific dog who deserves a second chance at the happiness he richly deserves.
