Hi! My name is Romi. ��%BD��%BD%90%BEShiba Jindo mix girl / DOB : Jan, 2024 / Weight : 7.5kg (16.53 lbs) ��%BD��%BD%90%BEFemale (Spayed and fully vetted) My siblings and I were stray dogs living in a small village in South Korea. It was very scared of not knowing where I came from and where my parents were. In addition, my siblings and I were always hungry and people in the village were not favorable to us. Living as a rolling stone was not easy, but I tried to survive day by day by relying on my siblings. Despite of my effort, local residents reported us to the local shelter and my siblings and I were taken to Unjin shelter this May. The situation went worse that a disease spread through the shelter, and my siblings passed away in cages. I was the only one who survived. Because of extreme fear, I always curled up in the corner of cage, not knowing when euthanasia would come. One day, a volunteer visited local shelter to take photos for adoption. She said I looked like an adorable little red fox. That was my first moment that I got a warm words and attention from people. It was my first time to have delicious treats as well! I wished that moment could last forever, but I was about to be subjected to euthanasia in September. I wanted so badly to live, but no one came for being a family with me, and the day was coming so close. Miraculously, I was rescued and saved from euthanasia. After rescue, I visited vet and checked my health, vaccinated, and spayed. Now I am living with a wonderful foster family in San Diego. Thanks to my foster family, I have learned how to be good with dog friends and little humans as well. Also, they taught me how the life is full of joy! Everything is new to me-fun toys, walks, and treats. At first, I did not know how to play with toys and walk with people, but now I love playing and going on walks. My favorite thing is spending time with my foster family. Especially when they pet and play with me, that's the best moment! Now I know how to enjoy smelling grass, flowers, trees while I take a walk. Also, I learned how to be friends with other dogs. Oh! I love treats as well! My foster mom always applauds me that I am very sweet, smart, and gentle. I am ready to meet my new furever family. If you want to be my family, please submit an application. Customs Broker Fee [Entry and paperwork approval into US Airport customs clearance] The adoption fee is same for dogs that are already in the United States, as rescuer paid all the fees upfront. In that case, we will use the fee you pay to rescue another dog from the shelter and bring to the U.S. You're not just saving one dog by adopting, but two as you are saving another dog that can take over your dog's spot in the foster home.
