This boy suffered on the streets for over three months. He was elusive and creative and even the dog catcher couldn't catch him. But, when the weather turned bitterly cold, a kind woman reached out to us. It took us lots of patience and determination, but we got him! And once he was on a leash, he turned into such a relaxed and lovable dog. He has been tested HW-, is chipped, and on prevention. He is scheduled to be neutered and will be available for adoption after his alter. He is available for foster to adopt.
