About Josie

Josie was rescued from Polk County animal control. She's approximately 10 years old and weighs 7.1 pounds. She actually has a lot more energy than you think. When I first saw her, she was sound asleep in her cage and when I took her outside she was full of life. She does have a grade 3 out of 6 heart murmur and very few teeth left. She would be good with dogs her size and energy level. No small children just because she's kind of fragile. Remember senior dogs are sort of a project and or a financial commitment.
