About Ranger

3 y/o male plott hound (half treeing walker). Raised with kids, cats and chickens. Fixed, and collar recall trained to roam our property. Well trained with off lead recall without collar. Also does well on a leash. Trustworthy with my 6 year old handling the leash. Incredible athlete and smart dog. We love him but he wants to hunt and should be with the right hunter to fulfill his potential. Hates being alone. Needs other dog companions or someone he's with all the time. Will crate quietly but dislikes as he has high anxiety.
