About Neko

We are urgently looking for a savior for this handsome boy! At only 1 years old (56 lbs), this sweet boy has found himself in the shelter. Unfortunately he is starting to show signs of kennel stress and must leave with a foster by 12/7 in order to avoid being euthanized. All the details about Neko: - Handsome shepherd & husky mix - Very fun, friendly & athletic with energy to burn when first leaving the kennels - Not reactive in the kennels & wants to say hello nicely to others - Enjoys affection & loves running in the play yard - Walks best on a harness & can be strong on leash at first but settles & is better after play time - Playful & likes exploring the different toys - Curious pup with good energy - Sits for treats & takes them gently - Smart and very trainable, responds to stern commands, will need someone to train him to become his best self - Has jumpy and nippy puppy behavior so recommended for children over 12
