About Gonzo

Urgently looking for a foster for sweet Gonzo! He needs to leave the shelter by 12/7 or he will be euthanized. Gonzo hasn't been at the shelter long but is already showing signs of kennel stress. Gonzo is very sweet 55 lb 2 year old that loves toys and treats. He urgently needs a foster home because his favorite activity at the shelter is chewing on leashes, which makes it difficult to take him for walks. He really just needs a tennis ball to chew on and a yard to play in for a little while until he figures out that the leash isn't a toy. After a good tennis ball chew session he just wants to get love and attention so we know he can be calm and affectionate without a whole bunch of work. Gonzo needs a house with a fenced in yard and lots of chew toys while he figures out how to handle a leash being around him. We desperately need a foster to save this boy!
