Meet Daisy Daisy was part of our latest Freedom Ride from a kill shelter who begged us to take her in and give her a chance. Once we saw her face and heard her crazy loud purr (She squeaks she purrs so loud) we were sold! Daisy is a gorgeous little girl about 7 months old with gorgeous markings and huge green eyes. Pictures don't do her justice, she's one of those kitties that will not smile for the camera, but trust us, she's Purrrfect! Daisy settled right in to our cat room and should fit right into a home and fill it with love. We hope her dreams of love and snuggles come true soon! If you're looking for a super snuggly Velcro cat with a HUGE purr, please give Daisy a chance. Daisy is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and ready to go! All adopters must complete an approval process which involves a reference check with current/recent vet and a brief home visit if located in the immediate area. We do permit out-of-state adoptions. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship, nor do we transport them to their new homes. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are either owner relinquished rescued from area Animal Controls or high kill shelters. The facility usually operates at capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open.
