About Mickey

This adorable little guy is Mickey. He was found locally and needs a new home asap. Mickey is estimated to be 3-years-old and he weighs just 13 lb. We think he may be a chihuahua/beagle mix. Mickey is a sweet but very shy and nervous little dog. He needs to take new experiences slowly and takes time to warm up to people, but does allow for handling. He will need a dog-savvy, patient owner and might appreciate a slower, quiet household where he can really decompress and start to come out of his shell. Mickey would do best with teens and up and seems more comfortable around smaller dogs versus large ones. We can cat-test him if needed but we expect he would be fine with a cat. If you have a big heart for dogs that need some TLC, please consider taking Mickey home. He will be so much happier out of the loud kennels. Mickey is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy.
