Valentines Day is right around the corner and I'm ready to find my forever home?? Looking for: �'ۢ a companion, a best friend, a buddy. I love my person and people. Before I came into the shelter I didn't get a lot of human attention. �'ۢ someone who appreciates that I'm a big boy with big emotions. I find the world very exciting, I'm curious and goofy and have a lot of love to give. �'ۢ activity and adventure - I like to run, walk and play fetch. I love riding in the car and would be great at hiking. �'ۢ someone to share my love of learning with. I had next to no training or socialisation when I came to the shelter and foster home but I am very smart - my trainer will vouch for me! Now I know tricks and basic manners. Nothing wears me out more than mentally stimulating activities like ongoing training and puzzle toys. �'ۢ a daily supply of belly and cuddles. Additional things you should know about me: �'ۢ I'm very dog friendly. Once I'm past the excitement of meeting a new dog I'll either play or be quite neutral towards them. I don't discriminate on size or shape, I like them all! �'ۢ I don't show any signs of resource guarding, separation anxiety or aggression. I'm just a ball of excitement, happiness and affection. �'ۢ I find cats very interesting, so it's not recommended I live with one. �'ۢ I'm very neutral towards kids but I am a big boy and can have big bursts of energy. �'ۢ I can be very strong on the leash but I've learned to walk nicely using a gentle leader. I can be a little reactive towards other dogs on walks but it's out of excitement, not aggression and it's continuing to improve with training. �'ۢ I'm athletic and can jump quite high, so a 6ft fence is recommended. �'ۢ I'm non destructive in the house but I will make it my mission to destroy a squeaky toy. I don't consume the parts, I just make a mess. �'ۢ I make people smile with my infectious energy and positivity. Life is great and I have a real zest for it!
