About Billy Dean

Meet 'Billy Dean.' this handsome Lab, Male. 3 yrs old, approx., 60-65 lbs. He found himself on death row at a local shelter so we couldn't look away. His beautiful eyes spoke to us so we in spite of being full and without foster for him decided we just could watch his soul perish. Billy Dean is a CALM, sweet, loving and easy-going gentleman. He test at the shelter amazing with other dogs and was very polite. He walks okay on leash (tugs some), and waits to potty outside. From the looks of his coat, he's been ignored some and may have been outside too much. We want so much more for him, he deserves to be a cherished family member in a fabulous home that will enjoy this wonderful boy. Billy takes treats super gently, he's gentle enough even for smaller kids. What an amazing boy that is so worthy of a loving home. Billy Dean will be fully medically vetted, heartworm tested and microchipped and then available to go to a forever home. Locally in North Alabama and surrounding areas we would consider the right family in our foster-to-adopt program. Out of state families welcomed to apply to adopt.
