About Atlas

Jack Russell / Rat Terrier
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Meet Atlas!!! Atlas came into the shelter in Tennessee with his brother Milo. They were both strays. They were found together under a house and were very scared and lonely. These little guys are very sweet but also start off very shy when meeting new people. It takes him a little bit of time to warm up and understand that everything will be okay. We recommend that they go with another dog in the house, to help them show the ropes. Atlas and Milo both enjoy playing with squeaky toys and chewing on their bene bones. This will keep them entertained for some time. Once they are done playing whether it be wrestling with each other or their other friends or chewing on their toys, they will take a nap. Both these boys are very snuggly and are very puppyish once they open up. Being that Atlas and Milo are both puppies, they are not able to be left alone very long right now. We would say no more than 2 to 3 hours a day. We take puppies very seriously as they need training, socialization, and lots of attention. Apply for this handsome little guy today and he will make you a happy family. Atlas cannot wait to meet his new forever family and best fur friend to run around in the fenced yard with them.
