Phil was part of a 46 dog hoarding case. He's approximately one to three years old and weighs 16.2 pounds. He should do well with other dogs, cats, and respectful children. None of the dogs from this case are housebroken, but dogs are smart. They will learn fast once they are on a schedule or routine. He is heartworm negative. Please keep in mind that we try to match your application and lifestyle with a dog the best suits your home.
