About Penny

Hello! My name is Penny, and I'm a 3-year-old, 40 pound, brown and white Pit Bull mix. I love car rides but have trouble getting in and out of tall vehicles, though I'm very gracious about being picked up and carried. I will let you hold me in your arms like a baby and give me all the kisses. I love my kitty companion and have been great with all the dogs I've met. I'm happy to let you touch my ears, feet, tummy, and mouth. I've shown no signs of resource, food, water, companion, or toy guarding. I even love to share a bowl of water with Dobby and Mouser. I passed my kid test with flying colors and played well with a very polite 4-year-old. I'm crate trained, potty trained, and do well on a leash. I'm very high energy when I play and am happy to cuddle up beside you for a snooze. I have been spayed. I'm up to date on all my vaccinations and heartworm negative. Currently, I'm in La Plata, MD, but I can be transported out of state for the right home. Must be 21 or older to apply.
