We found him with an injured leg near my office. He has a collar but no tags. He is very sweet and very high energy. Unfortunately we cannot keep him. We have tried multiple avenues to locate his owner with no luck. If he doesn't get neutered he would probably be best as only dog with someone who really likes to exercise (run, walk, hike)
