'Hank the Tank' is a good boy looking for his forever family. I met Hank professionally (as his dog walker). At the time, he was about 9 months old. He spent almost all his time kenneled. His original owners were good people but too old to handle a young pup of Hank's size and energy. After about 6 months of walking him, and his owners seeing how well he behaved around me, we came to an agreement that Hank would do better at my home for a small period of time (gets to run around in the yard, gets to socialize, more training/trust, etc....). For the last 6 months, he's learned to run, trust humans, listen to commands, socialize with strange dogs/humans at the park. I am confident that he would be a great addition to a loving home with children of all ages. I am also confident that that he would do well with cats, I've seen him be delicate around babies, patiently being around them without being an imposition. I am now moving out of the country and can no longer keep Hank. He needs a home before being surrendered to the shelters. He would be very negatively impacted if he ends up at the shelters%BD'%BD| That said, his prolonged stay at my home has made him more reliable and better trained than when he first arrived.
