Lillybrook A731396 7 Month Old Belgian Malinois Mix Needs #OneWayTicket Out Of The Shelter For Good Friends, Rescues, @followers now that Lillybrook has experienced an absolute failure adoption/owner redemption can we get her the help she needs now?!?!? This little girl simply can't catch a break ٪%81 Lillybrook was originally picked up by Animal Control Officers on 10/28/24 after reports of an injured dog found near North Alamitos Beach area. When she arrived on 10/28/24 she suffered some pretty moderate injuries causing significant road rash and large lacerations to her left shoulder, leg, torso, and underbelly ٪%81 I did not realize it a few weeks ago, but she was initially posted on Pawboost on 10/4/24 as a roaming stray with several people commenting they see her frequently with a local unhoused person in the area... at that time Lillybrook had absolutely no injuries (I added that photo in the comments). The shelter sent out a plea for rescue assistance due to concerns for infection since it's so hard to tend to her wound care, while the request for help went unanswered Lillybrook recovered enough to be available for adoption... and was 'adopted' on 11/16/24 by someone presumed to be her prior owner (cough, which the shelter can only interrogate about to a limited degree since it's an open intake public adoption center)... NOT EVEN TWO DAYS AFTER BEING 'ADOPTED' Lillybrook was picked up AGAIN by Animal Control Officers on 11/18/24 with EVEN MORE DAMAGE than she arrived with the first time ٪%81 This girl needs proper help and she needs it NOW, this is her chance to get out of the shelter system for good and into safe responsible pet ownership... not whatever brief visit back into H3LL she experienced last week!
