About Sadie

We are searching for a home for Sadie. We have had her since she was a puppy and she is a sweetheart towards people but recently turned on another dog in our home, Lou. Sadie became aggressive and attacked Lou while we were out for work. Lou required surgery to repair the injuries. Sadie is a SWEETHEART with people but does have a high prey drive, so would not recommend them around goats or chickens, or young children. Sadie is a healthy fully potty trained one year old dog that looks exactly like a black lab, around 60 lb. We have her Embark DNA report as well if you are interested. Sadie is not overly cuddly, and is cautious of new people, but warms up quickly and will be a permanent addition to the foot of your bed, warming for feet for the next dozen years or so. She does jump up and is so friendly and playful. She is on heartworm prevention (heartworm negative and has never had it), flea and tick treatment, and are up to date on their annual shots as of last month. We are asking for a vet reference, given Sadie's attack on Lou, we don't want anyone to think they could use her as their attack dog. Sadie is a FAMILY dog, meant to give love and kisses.
