Owner report: 'Oatmeal was adopted and returned to the shelter a few times and the current owner does not want to return him again. Oatmeal was born blind per the shelter. Oatmeal does good with all adults and likes to cuddle. Oatmeal is food aggressive with other dogs and is uncomfortable around small children and has snapped at them at times. Oatmeal has had a rough start and just really needs an adult only and dog only household. He just needs a quiet place to sleep in laps.'
