About Bahu

Bahu is a 3 year old Bull Terrier mix. His mom was a bull terrier and we were told Dad was a 'pit bull'. He's a nice compact size, probably around 30lbs. Bahu has a very silly personality. He likes to run and play but then will happily curl up on the couch with you. He's good with kids and has been raised around them. Other dogs he can be hit or miss. He does have food aggression around other dogs. He's always eaten in his kennel to avoid confrontation. A home where he is the only dog, or a home comfortable with managing this issue is best. He cannot be around other dogs when there is food around. He has NEVER displayed any food aggression towards people. My 7 year old kid has been feeding him his meals most his life. We've never had him around cats, but I think a dog savvy cat he would be fine with. He's seen our outside cat and gave her a playbow. Bahu walks GREAT on leash. He walks beside you and doesn't pull. He has basic obedience, sit, down, heel and a place stay. He rides well in cars. He's crate trained and house trained. He's not neutered yet, but has an appointment in several weeks. Located in NC but will travel for the right home.
