About Pearl

Pearl is officially on the hunt for her forever home! ���%8D About Pearl ����: ��%A4%8D ~3 YO Miniature Poodle ��%A4%8D 11lbs ��%A4%8D spayed, up to date on vaccines, and just had a dental cleaning! ��|� �Ϭ ��%A4%8D good with kids (7+), cats, dogs, and chickens! Pearl is a retired breeding mom who was surrendered to FREEdom Tails Ohio. Pearl started off shy, unsure, and pretty unsocialized. After a few days of serious decompression, and time around her foster siblings she QUICKLY began to figure the whole 'dog thing' out for herself ���� Pearl has started to show her silly and bossy side, but is also extremely affectionate and loves to be cuddled up napping near her person. She prefers calmer, middle aged/older dogs (any size). Puppies and hyperactive dogs seem to make her pretty grouchy as they disrupt her naps, and human cuddles ���� Pearl has become a confident girl and is making huge strides everyday. She climbs the steps, plays with toys, and is great with going to the bathroom outside on her leash and harness. While we do not feel a fenced in yard needs to be required for her, a home dedicated to taking her on a few decent walks a day would be sufficient for her lifestyle! When nobody is home, Pearl goes in her crate. Although she would prefer to go with you, and will make that known, she does settle down after a few minutes. ���� Her puppy-like personality has started to come through just most recently in these last few days and it is hilarious to see her get bursts of energy and play with the toys and have the zoomies. Pearl is looking for a home dedicated to continuing to allow her to find her personality, build her confidence, and continue her training. She is a miniature poodle, so she will need regular grooming (every 6-8 weeks).
