Meet Tigger! %90%BE Hi there! I'm Tigger, a 1.5-year-old pit-mix with 50 pounds of love (and I'm working on filling out even more as I get healthier!). Right now, I'm heartworm positive, but I'm ready to start treatment and embrace the fresh start that comes with it. I'm super smart and love to learn. With positive reinforcement and some tasty treats (my absolute favorite!), I pick up new skills quickly. I enjoy walks, but I feel most comfortable when it's just me and my person, away from the hustle and bustle of other people or dogs. I'm looking for a calm, low-chaos home where I can relax and grow into the confident, loving companion I know I can be. I do best with adults or older kids who understand my need for patience and positivity. I haven't met any cats yet, so I'm not sure how I'd feel about them. Life has been a bit overwhelming at times, and I'm still learning that new people, loud noises, and fast movements don't have to be scary. But with time, trust, and love, I'll settle into being your most loyal and loving friend. Oh, and guess what? I recently had a session with a trainer, and I rocked it! You'll even get access to videos from my training to see how amazing I am and how you can help me keep thriving. If you're ready to start this journey with me, let's make every day brighter-together. Are you my perfect match? Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). .
