About Captain

My ex and kids are moving Saturday, and I am helping her rehome the family dog. Had a lady set up to take him but she backed out earlier this week. Captain is a 7 year old, big German Shephard. He is neutered and chipped. Captain is completely house-trained, doesn't get on furniture, and have never known him to get things off counters (though I am sure he would if the temptation was great enough). He was raised with a cat but I don't know how he will respond to other cats. He hasn't had a lot of interaction with other dogs, but he isn't aggressive. He has never bitten anyone.
