About Strogi

Meet adoptable Beef Stroganoff (You can call him Strogi)! Strogi was seized rom his previous owners due to neglect. This guy has lied a large portion of his life on a short chain with no real shelter. He had dug a hole under the shed to shelter himself from the rain. Thankfully, that life is over for Strogi. He is seeking an amazing home to help him leave his past in the dust! Strogi can be timid with new people, but warms up quickly. Be warned, this guy is a hugger! He loves being held closely to you at every opportunity an would also make a great snuggle buddy with the cold weather approaching. Despite his timidness with people, Strogi immediately lights up when another dog is put in the mix. The best part is that he handles corrections from other dogs very well without protest. He loves to play with others and would do just fine in a multi-dog household. We think he would probably be happier in a home without kids. Strogi is about a year old and weighs 38 pounds currently. He has been vaccinated, treated for internal/external parasites and has tested positive for heartworm disease which he will need treatment for eventually.
