About Maple

Meet adoptable Maple! This girl originally came into our shelter as a stray, but her owners were made aware that she was here. They have opted not to reclaim her due to no fault of her own, so she is now available for adoption to an amazing home! Maple is a sensible, yet silly girl when the time is right. She is great at reading a room to know if it is settle down time or play time. We have found Maple to be calm, and believe she would be a good fit for a home looking for dog that is past the crazy puppy stage. She loves to lay in her shelter bed throughout the day relaxing, and is always thrilled for the opportunity to go for a walk. Maple is the type of dog who loves everyone, so she would do swell in a large household or in a situation where she may meet new people frequently. We think she would be great with kids! Maple is already house trained, and has good recall. Maple is about three years old and weighs 50 pounds. She has been vaccinated, treated for internal/external parasites and has tested negative for heartworm disease. Maple has already been spayed and vaccinated against rabies.
