Harvey is a 33lb beagle rescued from a high kill shelter in NC. He was only 13lbs when he arrived at our rescue. He has finished his heartworm treatments and is scheduled for his neuter. Harvey is awesome with people, kids and cats. He does get along with small, submissive dogs. He has been through alot and needs a family that will give him quality time.
