Hey there, I'm Roman! I'm a male mix lab and husky who is three years old and weighs 43 pounds. I'm not neutered yet, but I will be soon! I am a very affectionate, curious, and gentle dog who loves to play. I'm also great with other dogs, so I could be your new best furry friend. I'm a bit shy and backward since I arrived at the shelter as a stray, but I'm really a sweetie pie who just wants to love and be loved. I'm working on building my confidence and trust, and I'm looking for a family who can give me the love and care I need to really shine. Even though I'm a bit shy, I love going for walks and would enjoy accompanying you on all your adventures. I'm a good boy who doesn't pull on the leash and I'm super friendly to everyone I meet. If you think you could give me a loving home, I would love to meet you! You can visit me at the shelter Tuesday through Saturday from 11am-4pm. I can't wait to meet you and shower you with all the love and cuddles you can handle! We are a county run facility in Cambridge, OH, we are NOT a no kill shelter! Unfortunately, we must euthanize due to illness or aggression. Adoption fees are $165 for dogs under 5 years old, $100 for dogs over 5 years old and $200 for cell dogs. Adoption fees include, Vaccine (DHPP), Bordetella, Microchip, Heartworm and Lyme testing, Rabies vaccine, Spay/Neuter and a dog license. Dogs will be required to be spayed/neutered before leaving shelter, if not an appointment will be scheduled before leaving the shelter. Please talk to shelter staff for more information. We only accept cash. We cannot take checks, debit or credit cards. You may also call the shelter: Office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
