About Willow - Chinchilla

Willow is a 4 year old female Chinchilla who has high energy and loves to run on her wheel. When she's not on her wheel she enjoys chewing on bamboo sticks or the wood structures in her cage. You can pet her on her neck but anywhere else she will shy away. She prefers her love shown in the way of treats. I adopted willow two years ago from a home that was only using her to breed and did not have her best interests in mind. I have since spoiled her with nutrition and love to bounce her back from that situation. I believe this is why she doesn't prefer to be pet anywhere other than her neck, but she has never been aggressive or anything of that nature, she really is sweet. I am rehoming her in no fault of her own, and I am in no rush. I want her to go to a home that can dedicate more time then I can provide. I would prefer her to go to an experienced chinchilla owner. She will come with her wheel. Her double critter nation cage can be bought separately.
